Deborah Ford has been in Catering since she was 15 years old, gaining experience until reaching Management Level having Managed various Restaurants and Public Houses and has been Proprietor of the Restaurant for 9 years .
Deborah is dedicated to the Ferry now where she works closely with head chef Anthony Guichard & the Team of Staff to keep the Ferry to the standard achieved.
Anthony Guichard (French nationality) trained and began his career in Paris in 1992. Cooks only using fresh produce purchased by local suppliers where possible and in season.
Anthony has now been Head Chef at the Ferry 9 years where his dedication to his profession shines through his presentation and quality of his food. Anthony has worked in Michelin Star Restaurants and various other high standard Establishments in the UK gaining his experience before settling at the Ferry Restaurant.
